MEET THE TEAM
RODGER CHURCH– Producer
Rodger Church is the creative force behind Eventz. Prior to debuting Eventz in 2001, Rodger produced and planned events as the Director of Special Events at Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa. Rodger launched his career within the special events industry as a Freelance Technical Designer for both the Barbara B. Mann Theatre and the Harborside Convention Center. As a Show Band Leader/Manager in the corporate convention and social markets, Rodger handled sound and technical support for local companies for over ten years. With nearly two decades of experience in the industry, Rodger is well-versed in all operations including sales, production, scenic design, and operations.
TINA CHURCH – Event Consultant
Tina Church began her career in the Special Events industry in 2001,after spending over 16 years in the entertainment industry. By 2003 she had expanded Eventz’ creative capablities by launcing an in-house floral design studio. As an entertainer, Tina built a reputation for stellar performances and her repuation as an event specialist is just as dazzling. Tina’s creativity and resourcefulness combine to bring her clients visions to life. Tina enjoys taking on challenges and continues to set her professional standards higher and higher. Exceeding the expectations of her clients and raising the bar for others in her industry is what Tina would classify as just another day at the office. She creates a unique experience for all of her clientele by providing exceptional service.
BARB STEPIEN – Floral Design Manager
Barb is the lead floral designer of Eventz and has been designing in flowers for 7 years, after a long career in the private sector. Her floral designs have also been featured in several National publications such as The Knot, Bridal Guide Magazine and Grandeur. Barb’s unique gift for floral design is the perfect finishing touch for your special day. She delights in making arrangements that are as unique as each individual for whom they were created. Eventz is thrilled to be able to offer the services of such an innovative artist.
